Pioneer School is hiring a part-time custodian to help keep our facility clean, safe, and welcoming for students and staff.

Position Details

• Pay: $16.00/hour
• Hours: 3–4 hours/day, 4 days/week (12–16 hours/week)
• Schedule: Flexible — set in coordination with administration

Responsibilities

• General cleaning of classrooms, restrooms, hallways, and common areas
• Trash removal and recycling
• Floor care (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming)
• Restocking supplies
• Reporting maintenance or safety concerns to administration
• Other custodial duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Reliable and self-motivated
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (bending, standing, reaching)
• Background check required
• Prior custodial experience preferred but not required
