Welcome to our first full month back to school! September is always an exciting time as students settle into routines and dive into learning. Over these first weeks, our classrooms have been buzzing with energy as students practice school and classroom expectations, learn how to ride the bus safely, and begin building the habits that will carry them through a successful year.

We know the transition back to school can be a big adjustment, not just for students but for families too. Parents can support their children by talking with them about their school day, helping establish consistent routines at home (like set times for reading, homework, and rest), and encouraging them to share what they’re learning. Your partnership makes a tremendous difference as our students grow both academically and socially.

Our Panther PTA is off to a strong start this school year, and we are so grateful for the support of our families!

The fundraising efforts of our PTA make a huge impact on our students every single day. Thanks to your generosity, we’re able to provide hot lunch twice a month, pizza every Thursday, purchase classroom supplies and resources for teachers, sponsor field trips that extend learning beyond our campus, and partner with Cole’s Pantry to ensure no student goes without snacks, lunches, or even cold-weather gear when needed.

We’re excited to announce that our first fundraiser of the 2025–26 school year will be the Blue Book Coupon Book! This popular fundraiser will kick off later this month. As soon as the books arrive, we’ll send out a message with all the details.

These fundraising efforts are vital to creating the rich learning experiences our students enjoy—and we couldn’t do it without the help of our families and volunteers.

If you’re not yet a member, we encourage you to join the PTA! Membership is just $6, and meetings are held the second Tuesday of each month via Zoom at 5:00 p.m. Every voice makes a difference.

A special thank you to our amazing volunteers who keep hot lunches and Pizza Thursdays running smoothly—your time and dedication mean so much to our students. And a big shout-out to Jennifer Waldo, who is serving as our volunteer hot lunch lady this year. We appreciate you!
