The PTA is excited for the new year. We will be resume meeting at 6pm on the first Thursday of each month at the school. Starting in January we will be coming up with some BIG goals and your input would be extremely helpful.
The Reflection program’s entries will be due January 8th at the school. The PTA is looking forward to seeing everyone’s creative art work, photographs and literature. Winners will be able to have their work forwarded onto the state competition and have a chance for national recognition.
Are you ready for the Taste of Pioneer? Start looking at your recipes, the Taste of Pioneer is coming January 15th! There will be 4 categories to enter in, Chili Cook-off, Battle of the Casseroles, Salad Standoff and Dominating Desserts. This is such a fun community event and this year we will be displaying the Reflection Program.
Look ahead for these cool events; Magic City Fly Fishers will be back later February teaching 4th, 5th and 6th graders on how to tie flies and then March 4th a swimming FUNraiser at the Reef.
